Saving HUD Multifamily Homes—How to Use the National Housing Preservation Database

National Housing Law Project (NHLP), along with the National Low Income Housing Coalition and the Public and Affordable Housing Research Corporation will host “Saving HUD Multifamily Homes– How to Use the National Housing Preservation Database” webinar. This webinar is an extension of last year’s web series “Saving HUD Multifamily Homes: 30-minute Trainings for Tenant Advocates on Key Preservation Risks and Strategies.” Tuesday, April 9, 2019 1 pm (EST)/10 am (PST) The National Housing Preservation Database (NHPD) provides an address-level inventory of federally assisted rental housing. Advocates can find valuable information on properties in their communities, including the type of assistance, the expiration of the assistance, and the location of the properties assisted. The database also includes an enhanced mapping tool and preservation reports. Please join us to learn more about NHPD, and how the database can be incorporated into a preservation strategy.
