NSP1 grantees must submit these reports to HUD and post them on their websites, enabling advocates to monitor the spending of NSP1 funds and ensure that they are being used to help preserve and create affordable housing. The checklist explains the reporting process and outlines issues that are of particular concern to housing advocates. Advocates can review the sample quarterly performance reports on this page to familiarize themselves with the report form.
