Growing Reports of a Project-based Section 8 Funding Crisis as FY 2007 Closes

This NHLP Housing Law Bulletin article from Sept. 2007 describes how eports surfaced over the summer of HUD failing to make timely Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) to Section 8 project-based housing owners.
