I note that the NOFA for 2001 §8 "fair share" vouchers uses scoring which includes 15 points for "use of at least 15% of the vouchers requested for disabled families." I wonder if this includes families with disabled children -- but I assume it does not (unless the head of household or spouse also is disabled.)
