Catherine: <P>If you get a chance to follow up on the timing of the relocation plan, I would suggest that HUD require that an approved plan be in place before a PHA takes any action that could affect residents' relocation options, such as submitting a tax credit application or a subdivision plan, or issuing vouchers.
