HUD is posting approved PHA plans at its web site. http://www.hud.gov/pih/pha/plans/phaps-approvedplans.html There does not appear to be any rationale for which plans are posted. For each state HUD has posted a varying number of Plans. For example, for California there are 22 posted, Pennsylvania, 45, Massachusetts, 19, Ohio, 7 and Florida, 25. The plans also appear to vary in length. For all the Template is posted, for others the Plans are quite complete and also include attachments such as the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP) for public housing, the Section 8 Administrative Plan, tenant and RAB comments and the PHA's responses. Most of the posted Plans are for smaller PHAs but not all the PHAs are small. For example, the plans for Philadelphia and Los Angles County have been posted. The link for the posted plans is provided below.
