I'm thinking of getting something out on this before the comment deadline of this Friday, 10/20, if there isn't something else going out from LALSHAC. It will probably be far simpler than our usual comments. I'll try to get something up on the board by the end of the day tomorrow. I think it would carry more weight, however, coming from LALSHAC rather than just one legal services program. I know Barbara Sard had thought that disability advocates were likely to submit something. Does anyone have anything that they've already seen on this that they want to put on the board, or are there others who've drafted materials for their individual programs or clients? (I'm planning on consulting with a local group here, Homestart, on this.)
