HUD published its Draft Income Discrepancy Resolution Guide the web site is http://www.hud.gov/reac/products/tass/tass_guide_poa.html Because this Guide is still a draft, HUD is looking forward to our comments on the Guide. Practically speaking, the time for comments may be short as the letters to the tenants and the PHAs/owners/agents are all in the process of being mailed out. We are setting up a telephone conference for next week to discuss the Guide. We will post the date and time soon.
