For those of you who are working with tenants who may be applying for ROSS funds, HUD extended the deadline for ROSS Applications to June 15, 2000 for both Resident Management and Business Development and for Capacity Building or Conflict Resolution. 65 Fed. Reg. 26844-26848 (May 9, 2000). The notice of extension was published the day AFTER the original application deadline of May 8, 2000.
