I see that HUD OPDR has released a report on Tools and Strategies for Improving Community Relations in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly known as Section 8 tenant-based assistance). This report can be downloaded from the HUD USER website. I've read only the symposis of the report, but note with interest that it apparently does not include any suggestion that prohibiting discrimination on the basis of Section 8 status would be an effective tool.
