This is a packet of information, including a copy of the Administrative Plan amendments and administrative documents, created by the Burlington Housing Authority for administration of its demonstration Section 8 Homeownership Program.
- ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR THE SECTION 8 HOMEOWNERSHIP OPTION PROGRAM UNDER THE DEMONSTRATION REGULATIONS
- BROCHURE AND INSERT.
- ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT.
- TOTAL TENANT PAYMENT (TTP) AND ESTIMATED HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT (HAP) WORKSHEET.
- SECTION 8 HOMEOWNERSHIP OPTION PROGRAM: PROGRESS CHECKLIST. This is used by the Housing Authority to confirm completion. A simplified version of this document is given to the Section 8 participant.
- "FIVE STEPS" FLIER. This flier is given to the participant at the time he or she is accepted into the program. It demonstrates the process through the program.
- "FINAL STEPS" FLIER. This flier reminds the participation of the information that the Burlington Housing Authority will require for participation in the program.
- AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE INFORMATION.
- HOMEOWNERSHIP OPTION: CALCULATION OF MONTHLY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT. This form compares the payment standard to the monthly homeowner expenses. Burlington Housing Authority uses the smaller of the two figures.
- HOMEOWNERSHIP OPTION VOUCHER. The actual voucher is signed by the Burlington Housing Authority before close of escrow and a copy is provided to the Section 8 participant.
- STATEMENT OF HOMEOWNER OBLIGATIONS.
- BURLINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY--HOMEOWNERSHIP PROFILE. This document provides summary statistics about the first 13 households participating in the Burlington Housing Authority's Section 8 Homeownership program.
