ed. 2004)
Researched and written by highly experienced NHLP staff attorneys
and outside contributors, the 3rd Edition has been thoroughly reworked
and updated. In a single volume, it provides the applicable law
in the wake of recent sweeping changes from the Congress, HUD, and
the courts.
Othewise known as the Green Book, it is the ONLY book that explains

tenants assisted under the HUD programs.

of the predecessor agencies to the current Rural Housing Service (Section
502 and 504 single family housing programs, Section 515 rental and Section
514-516 farm labor housing programs). The manual is directed at legal services
