HUD Housing Programs: Tenants Rights (3rd ed. 2004)

Researched and written by highly experienced NHLP staff attorneys and outside contributors, the 3rd Edition has been thoroughly reworked and updated. In a single volume, it provides the applicable law in the wake of recent sweeping changes from the Congress, HUD, and the courts.

A comprehensive guide to the single and multi-family housing programs of the predecessor agencies to the current Rural Housing Service (Section 502 and 504 single family housing programs, Section 515 rental and Section 514-516 farm labor housing programs).
