Effective Date of Certification and Voucher Consolidation Rules
The conforming rule for the consolidated Section 8 certificate and voucher program reviewed in an earlier Bulletin article1 is effective as of October 2, 1995. HUD's announcement of that effective date is contained at 60 Fed. Reg. 45,661 (Sept. 1, 1995).
