Bulletin

Now in its 38th year of publication, the Housing Law Bulletin keeps readers informed about important developments in housing policy and law. Articles report on and analyze federal legislation, regulations, program developments, and significant recent cases. The Bulletin briefly summarizes recent state and federal housing cases and lists significant published Federal Register regulations and notices as well as unpublished housing agency notices. The Housing Law Bulletin is published 10 times per year.

Bulletin issues that are more than 18 months old are available for downloading in PDF format from this site. Bulletin issues published within the last 18 months are not available. However, a very brief summary of the articles that appear in each issue are available. Hard copies of these issues are only available from NHLP. You can subscribe to the Housing Law Bulletin by following the instructions on the Order Form.
